24 – The Interview, The Drop, The Water Diviner, Frank, The Guest, Enemy, Begin Again

The Drop

It’s New Years Eve and we got a little drunk. We catch up on some old films, and catch some new films. The World War Three starter The Interview gets assessed. Russell Crowe’s directorial debut, The Water Diviner gets a look in. James Gandolfini’s final film The Drop is discussed whether it’s a fitting tribute final performance or not. Bernadette takes a look at the paper machete’d (yes, I can’t spell machete, so it’s now going to be machete) Frank. The 80’s drenched thriller The Guest stops by. Finally, the spiderific Enemy spins it web over us as Begin Again sings some open air tunes for us.

Andrew has been a film lover all of his life. For a while now he's been talking about how great films are and usually that's been directly to his wife, Bernadette. Now with AB Film Review everyone else in the world can listen to what Andrew has to say to his wife. Bernadette grew up renting videos from a Plains Video. She mostly hired out Cry Baby and wore the tape thin learning the lines to the John Waters classic. After a series of arguments in the car ride home with her husband, Andrew, the two decided to record their arguments and launch them into the world for everyone to listen to.
