Book Week Indiegogo Campaign Launches

Book Week

Broke director Heath Davis has launched an Indiegogo campaign for his follow up film, Book Week. Starring Brendan Cowell, Susan Prior and Rose Riley, Book Week follows up the successful crowd funding campaign for Broke.

What’s it about? Well…

When it looks like his novel is going to be published (his sixth attempt), high school English teacher – Nicholas Cutler – thinks his life is finally about to change for the better.

But what is meant to be the best week of his life spirals into seven days of hell.

A girlfriend’s ultimatum, a student in trouble with the law, a gravely ill brother in law and the prospects of living a life of unfilled dreams, force Mr Cutler to re-examine just what’s most important in his life.

To support the campaign, make sure to head across to the Indiegogo page here and get behind Australian cinema.

Andrew has been a film lover all of his life. For a while now he's been talking about how great films are and usually that's been directly to his wife, Bernadette. Now with AB Film Review everyone else in the world can listen to what Andrew has to say to his wife. Bernadette grew up renting videos from a Plains Video. She mostly hired out Cry Baby and wore the tape thin learning the lines to the John Waters classic. After a series of arguments in the car ride home with her husband, Andrew, the two decided to record their arguments and launch them into the world for everyone to listen to.
