Batman VS Superman Plot Synopsis

As expected, you’re all sitting there in your homes in a constant state of confusion as to what the 2016 (!) film Batman VS Superman could be about. Will it be another indie New Zealand comedy like Eagle VS Shark? Or maybe it’s a long awaited sequel to Ecks VS Sever? In fact, it’s neither (and no apologies to Lucy Liu, your career will not be saved).

Thanks to the kind folks at Warner Bros. who realised that the world just simply could not go on any longer not knowing anything about what this mysterious films plot, they’ve released a synopsis:

Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.  And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Joking aside, this sounds exactly like the sort of film that I was hoping would come out after the really-much-better-than-your-internet-friends-keep-telling-you Man of Steel. After the destruction of Metropolis that Superman played a part in, it’s no wonder that there would be someone else coming along to take him to task on what he was part of. This sounds like a great entrance point to the future Justice League film and the right step in building the DC ‘universe’.

Now the hard part is accepting the fact that this film doesn’t hit cinemas til March 2016. Again, (!)!

Andrew has been a film lover all of his life. For a while now he's been talking about how great films are and usually that's been directly to his wife, Bernadette. Now with AB Film Review everyone else in the world can listen to what Andrew has to say to his wife. Bernadette grew up renting videos from a Plains Video. She mostly hired out Cry Baby and wore the tape thin learning the lines to the John Waters classic. After a series of arguments in the car ride home with her husband, Andrew, the two decided to record their arguments and launch them into the world for everyone to listen to.
